Nintendo issued a statement recently about the potential dangers to kids under a certain age when using the 3D functionality of the Nintendo 3DS. Apparently, eye doctors disagree with Nintendo’s warning. In a recent New York Times article, top ophthalmologists agreed that there is little scientific evidence supporting these warnings. A Dr. Lawrence Tychsen, at Washington University in St. Louis, conducted research on monkeys that watched 3D television of the glasses needed variety for three months straight and they didnt seem to have any vision problems....

You better wear your diapers if you’re going to QuakeCon. DOOM Eternal is setting up to be the biggest news coming out of QuakeCon 2018. The world gameplay premiere is set to be revealed on August 10th, and Pete Hines (Marketing Executive) thinks that people are going to “lose their ****” at the Bethesda convention. Hines says via Twitter that he’s seen the latest build of the game, presumably what they’re going to be showing at the QuakeCon reveal, and says that “It’s Crazy Good....

Dragon Ball Super was back on this week as episode 35 aired with the fight between Vegeta and Frost just starting. It was yet another entertaining episode featuring tons of action and other twists. Let’s recap from two weeks ago as episode 34 ended with a bit of controversy. We learnt that Frost is a dirty cheater as he had a poison needle in his wrist during his fights with Goku and Piccolo....

The ultimate sacrifice. While many more memorable villains like Vegeta and Frieza came later, Raditz still stands as the first adversary in Dragon Ball Z. Arriving on Earth to turn Goku’s world upside down by revealing that he is really of the Saiyan race from Planet Vegeta. Just as in the anime, he shows up right at the beginning of the game and kidnaps Gohan, prompting Goku and Piccolo to go after him....

Dying Light 2 Stay Human has broken into Steam’s top 25 most-played games within four days of its initial release. This is based on its all-time record of concurrent players on the platform. According to SteamDB, Dying Light 2 has overtaken Halo Infinite and Kholat for peak number of concurrent players on the platform. As of February 7, Dying Light 2 has managed to amass a staggering 274,983 concurrent players as its peak number....

Rumors of a new EA shooter name Battlefield: Hardline have been confirmed as true. The Official Battlefield site has its own Battlefield Hardline page, in which EA reveals that the game will revealed in full on June 9th at 12:00 PM PDT. The image above is the first official image of the game from EA, and it paints a picture of game that revolves around cops and robbers gameplay. According to a new report, Electronic Arts has cancelled yet another Star Wars video game after the closure of Visceral Games. The title in question is, or better ‘was’, the open world game by EA Vancouver, which was partially based on Visceral assets. Based on the intel gathered by Kotaku, the game was codenamed “Orca” and was “very early in development.” This would be the main reason behind the cancellation, since EA wanted something Star Wars-based earlier than the scheduled release window planned for Orca....

Dead by Daylight is today debuting its 5.5.0 update on all platforms, so here’s the full list of changes and fixes with this patch. Since its release, Motion Twin’s Dead Cells has become a hit for fans of the Metroidvania genre. And it’s about to get even bigger as the new year rolls in. The developer announced today that it will release its first paid expansion this January for consoles and PC. Titled The Bad Seed, it will add a number of new challenges to the game. Per the developer’s notes, the expansion will feature “two gorgeous new biomes”, as well as a variety of new beasts and additional weapons....

Deadpool has become one of the most popular comic characters since his debut, as he is very different from really any other character out there. His witty and violent nature had some worried that it would be toned down for the big screen, but that is definitely not going to be the case with the upcoming Deadpool film.
