Apex Legends did not offer cross-platform when it initially launched in February 2019. Developer Respawn Entertainment has detailed it was always a thought, and it knew players were looking forward to when it would become a reality. Following the EA Play live event for 2020, Respawn Entertainment has confirmed cross-platform will become a reality and it will be available sometime in fall 2020. Cross-play will be arriving to Apex Legends on October 6....

The PlayStation Experience event is happening this week, although don’t get too excited if you are a Tekken 7 fan. There might not be any big news on Bandai Namco’s upcoming fighting game. A fan asked the game’s producer, Katsuhiro Harada, on Twitter if there will be any important news about Tekken 7 at the PlayStattion Experience event this weekend. The Poland-based independent studio of Techland is preparing to unleash Dying Light 2 Stay Human into full swing. Today, the team announced that the upcoming open-world zombie sequel to 2015’s surprise horror hit will be arriving this December 7. After many leaks and rumors throughout the week, we finally have an official release date for Death Stranding. Just as the leaks suggested, the game will release exclusively for PS4 November 8th, 2019. This was revealed via a live stream event on Twitch hosted by PlayStation’s official account. PC Players Are Pissed Despite the incredibly positive reviews the game has been getting from critics, Deathloop is being review bombed on Steam for DRM-related performance issues on PC. DRMs also known as the Digital Rights Management system is a system used by game developers to protect their games from piracy. Deathloop uses the Denuvo software, which has been consistently facing heavy criticism from players because of how it affects the game performance....

According to a report from VGC, a new Twisted Metal game is in development for PlayStation 5 from studio Lucid Games. Sources close to the website have indicated that the revival is set to be built around a free-to-play model, and its release will coincide with the upcoming Twisted Metal TV series in 2023.
