Bungie has been forced to take Destiny 2 offline for emergency maintenance. Update 2.7.1 was designed to fix bugs with Exotics like the Wormgod’s Caress and Synthoceps, but instead, it introduced a new, much more critical bug. When players logged on after downloading the patch, they began to notice that their Glimmer and Infusion materials had disappeared. It quickly became apparent that a massive proportion of the player base had been affected by the bug, so Bungie took the servers down for maintenance shortly after they came back up from deploying the update....

Quantic Dream, the developer of Detroit: Become Human, has revealed that the former PlayStation exclusive will be making the jump to PC on Dec. 12. Interested gamers will be able to play it as an Epic Games Store exclusive. It follows Heavy Rain and Beyond: Two Souls to the platform, as Quantic Dreams seek to bring their narrative-heavy games to a broader audience. The main PVP option in Diablo Immortal is called the Battlegrounds. It is a fixed 8v8 PVP battle, with scheduled events distributed daily every two hours. Players can queue to play as either the Attackers, Defenders, or Random. There is an MMR system in place, which means that the matchmaker will try to match players of similar gear and Paragon levels. DC announced today that its streaming platform, DC Universe, is undergoing an important transition. DC will rebrand it as DC Universe Infinite, a comics-only platform. All of its previous streaming content, such as Young Justice, Titans, and Doom Patrol, will move to HBO Max. Alongside this announcement, HBO Max renewed the animated Harley Quinn series for a third season. It joined HBO’s platform in August.
