With the return of the revamped Solstice of Heroes event in Destiny 2 comes a couple of new weapons for players to grind for. One of these weapons is the Compass Rose, a 65 RPM Precision Frame Solar shotgun that has some interesting trait combinations for both PvE and PvP players alike. Aside from its base stats, Compass Rose also comes with a new origin trait called Dream Work, which partially refills the weapon from reserves, potentially overflowing the magazine once per reload depending on the number of assists or assisted final blows you get....

Destiny 2 has today debuted its 4.0.1.1 update on all platforms, so here’s the full list of changes and fixes with this patch. Today’s update comes after a short bit of downtime, which happened from around 9:45 AM PDT until 10:00 AM PDT. While much smaller than what we saw from the last update, 4.0.1, it does bring with it plenty of changes, specifically pointing at Offensive Bulwark taking a massive hit to its PvP effectiveness....

Diablo Immortal is now available on PC and mobile devices. And thanks to Battle.net’s built-in system, players can transfer progress between devices smoothly — but only after they linked their Battle.net account. The PC client of Diablo Immortal is only playable through the Battle.net app, so there should be no problem there. However, some additional steps are needed to link Diablo Immortal with a Battle.net account for Android or iOS device users....

Blizzard has been rather busy as of late, more than on games, on business related stuff like all those layoffs. Anyway, it still has some games in the making, such as Diablo Immortal, which is being built in cooperation with Chinese outlet NetEase. During a call with investors, NetEase CFO Yang Zhaoxuan has shared that the game is “pretty much ready,” and that’s in line with the expected 2019 release for it....

In an October 21 overview of their learnings from the Battlefield 2042 open beta, developer DICE revealed a massive round of improvements coming to the release version of the game. The areas of gameplay, UI, performance, and server stability will all be strengthened in accordance with player-submitted feedback from the playtest. The next game from the co-creator of Halo enters open beta this weekend. The closed technical beta for Disintegration took place earlier this week, and we absolutely loved it. Disney Dreamlight Valley is a Disney-themed life-simulation game where you can live and play around with your favorite animated characters, from Mickey and his gang to Wall-E, Remy, and Moana. The game is planned to be fully released in 2023 as a free-to-play title, but players can already play the Early Access build by getting the Founder’s Pack or Game Pass subscription.
