Upgrade your base stats. Doom Eternal can be a particularly punishing game, but upgrading your health, armor, and ammo can help you survive the hordes of Hell. These three stats are upgraded with a rare collectible called Sentinel Crystals, which can be found throughout the game’s levels. There are only 12 of these Sentinel Crystals spread throughout Doom Eternal, but that’s just enough to acquire all the health, armor, and ammo upgrades in the game as well as a few bonus upgrades....

DOOM drops on the PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and PC in a couple of weeks and id Software just shared a big Easter Egg hunt for players to embark on when the game launches. A new update for Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim suggests that dragon mounts may be arriving as DLC in the near future. The update’s files have been poured over by PC players, and what they’ve found are the possibility of dragon mounted combat, and a return to Morrowind. Bethesda hasn’t yet announced any plans for future DLC at this point, but the files in the update have the unmistakable signs of new features for the DLC that is likely to be called “The Dragonborn” Expansion....

The Diablo-like spin-off of Spore called Darkspore will be no more very soon, as EA has revealed that they are pulling the plug on the game next month. While EA initially made the announcement in December that the game would be shutting down on March 1st, 2016, nobody really started to notice until now. Diane Kruger, who’s being long rumored to be part of the staff of actors for the game, has talked about Death Stranding in a recent interview and had a lot of compliments reserved for its creator Hideo Kojima. Kruger is Norman Reedus’ partner and has been showcased a trailer of the title at a recent dinner with the game director in Tokyo. She said she’s been blown away not only by the quality of the visuals but especially for the attention to the details that apparently make Kojima something of a proper movie maker....

Hideo Kojima has released some more wacky news about the bizarrely titillating Death Stranding. In a Tweet, Kojima shared with us some images of the limited edition PS4 Pro bundle. Alongside this is the caption: BB is the name of the jar baby that Norman Reedus’ character Sam carries with him throughout Death Stranding.
