Electronic Arts’ subscription service EA Play is finally coming to Xbox Game Pass PC and Ultimate, Microsoft announced. If you thought you had amnesia and pretty sure EA Play has already come to Game Pass before, well, you’re not technically wrong. In November last year, EA Play was added into Xbox Game Pass but for console only. This time the offering is also applicable for Windows 10 PCs and Android devices via the cloud.

This addition comes without any extra cost for Game Pass members. This does not come as a surprise, though, since the Windows giant had also raised the PC subscription cost from a low low price of $4.99 per month to $9.99 on September 17th last year. Formerly known as EA Access and Origin Access, EA Play is bringing more stuff for Xbox Game Pass Ultimate and PC members, including:

  • More than 60 titles from FIFA 20, Titanfall 2, Need for Speed, Battlefield, Mass Effect, Skate, and The Sims series.
  • Exclusive in-game rewards.
  • Member-only content.
  • Special discounts.
  • And more

If EA developed and/or published titles don’t tickle your fancy, Xbox Game Pass still offers more than 100 different games at your fingertip. And Microsoft is still doling out the $1 trial discount for your first month as well. No harm in trying a bunch of games just for a dollar, right? Pretty sure Tetris Effect: Connected alone worth at least $30.
