Developer CD Projekt RED has confirmed the previously rumored Witcher spin-off game called Gwent: The Witcher Card Game. Fans of the Witcher 3 will know Gwent as the card game gamers spent countless hours in within the game, and now it’s getting its own game.
Even though Gwent is mainly a multiplayer game, CD Projekt RED has confirmed that the game will feature a full-blown singleplayer campaign. Scroll down for more information:
“There’s only one GWENT, but there are several factions you can choose to command. The proud Skellige, brutal monsters, cunning Northern Realms, or Shadow Scoi’tael — each offering a different playstyle which can adjust to your liking via friendly deck builder and elegant card-crafting mechanics.”
There will be several modes to choose from, allowing you to take on both AI and human players. There will also be a beta that you can sign up for by clicking right here. Check out the announcement trailer below.
