E-WIN Flash Series XL Size Ergonomic Gaming Chair

EwinRacing has a wide variety of Gaming Chairs and we are grateful for the opportunity to check out their Flash Series XL Size chair. The Flash Series is one of several they have to choose from on their website.

We were excited when this big box showed up at our door.

When you open the box, it doesn’t look too intimidating to put together. There are not a ton of parts and most of them appear to make sense.

Assembly:

The assembly of this chair was a little challenging. First, because the instructions that were included was for a different model or possibly a previous model of the same chair.

Secondly, the order of the instructions was in a zig-zag pattern. In other words, they did not read from left to right on each line. So, step 4 was directly below step 3 then step 5 was to the left of step 4. Confused yet? We were!

The other issue we had is some of the parts that were supposed to be detached were already attached which was a little confusing, as well.

Overall, we figured it out after a couple of mishaps.

Finished Product:

And, there you have it! A finished product. The chair looks really nice and the feel of the leather is nice and soft. There is a quality “feel” to the chair that provides encouragement that it will last for a while.

Features:

The E-WIN Flash Series gaming chair is made with Stain Resistant 2.0 PU Leather that will not result in surface damage when you clean it. Also, the chair surpasses industry performance standards for strength abrasion, hydrolysis, and UV stability.

There is a nice level of comfort with the E-WIN Cold-Cure Foam which is a high-density foam that is above the standard of High resiliency foam. It is made to be 2 times heavier than a typical foam per cubit foot which is very close to memory foam!

The arms of this gaming chair can be rotated and adjusted side to side or front to back, as well as, the arm height.

To keep your balance and preferred position, this model has an adjustable tilt with a locking system. The height of the chair can be adjusted too!

If you want to take a nap in your chair, E-WIN makes that simple with the angle-adjustable backrest.

The Flash Series includes 75mm/3” larger casters that are supposed to be quieter and more sturdy when it comes in contact with objects and debris on the floor. You should be able to use this chair on all types of surfaces without damage to the chair or the floor.

E-WIN provides some pillows that can be placed in specific spots to make the chair more comfortable held with a velcro strap.

Pricing:

You can purchase this model, as well as others, on the E-WIN website. The price for this chair is a little expensive coming in at over $400. The quality of the chair is pretty high and I know we have had other gaming chairs that were less but fell apart and started having issues pretty early on.

Therefore, this might be a case where you get what you pay for.

Verdict:

The E-WIN Flash XL Size Series chair is a very nice, quality chair with several features that a person would love to have. The comfort level is amazing and the ability to adjust to fit the individual is definitely a plus.

The price is a little more than I would want to spend but the quality does matter and could play into that decision. Overall, if you have the extra money, this would be a great choice!
