For progress in the post-apocalyptic world of Dying Light 2, founding resources and constantly upgrading your tools is essential. One of the resources you would need for upgrading your weapons and tools in the game is Military Tech which can be hard to find. Unlike other resources in the game, Military Tech cannot be located by merely exploring every location. Not only that, but you cannot access many of the locations where you can find Military Techs until you progress further and unlock more Nightrunner Tools or upgrade your Stamina. With a sufficient amount of Military Tech, you can upgrade your gears like Paraglider. Still, some of the locations that contain Military Tech in Dying Light 2 can be accessed very early in the game. Here is where to find Military Tech in Dying Light 2.
How to Find Military Tech in Dying Light 2
The only way to obtain Military Tech is through crates that were dropped by Airdrops across the city. Most of the Military Tech can be found in Central Loop and Old Villedor. To find them, you need to use binoculars that can be obtained once you finish the game’s prologue. Unfortunately, most of these crates are located on top of skyscrapers and tall buildings that can’t be accessed at the beginning of the game.

To find these buildings, use your binoculars and look for crashed parachutes hanging from the edge of the rooftops. It would be easier to go to find a tall building on the map of Dying Light 2 and then reach the top of it and then mark the locations that contain Military Tech. These Airdrops are usually on top of the buildings, and to reach the top of the building, you will need to solve a mini-puzzle or do some parkour challenges. The Military Tech is locked inside a yellow container that can be unlocked with your GRE key.
