Dying Light 2 features many, many ways to modify your weapon to do what you’d like. Want it to cause a large fire? Have at your greatest dreams of arson. Want it to shoot lightning that will stun your target and anyone else nearby? The power of lightning is yours! No matter how you want to mod your weapon, it’ll feel like yours and hopefully hit like a truck too. One way that you can modify your weapon though can have a massive impact on how you continue to play the game but can be a bit obscure to reach. No need to worry though, as we’re here to help. In this guide, we’ll tell you how to get the Korek charm in Dying Light 2!

How to Get the Korek Charm in Dying Light 2

To start us off, you’ll need to make your way over to the developer room. If you don’t know how to get here, we have a handy guide on that which you can find here. At a base level though, you’ll need to complete the mission Broadcast before getting here. Once you’ve finally made it to the developer room, you’ll find a room filled with plenty of homages to previous Techland games along with a table and set of seats. Using your survivor sense reveals that you can sit on four different spots, which you’ll want to do. Once you’ve sat on all four chairs, some weird effects should show up on the central coffee table after a few moments. From there, a second book will appear, titled Korek. Interact with this to get the Korek Charm in your inventory!

The Korek Charm will be in the Charm section of your weapon’s Modify screen. Applying it will give the weapon +500 durability, and can be applied as many times as you want. So in essence, infinite durability for any weapons you wish to keep. Not a bad deal at all.
