The crossbow is a reward given to you for helping the Peacekeeper faction throughout the game. At specific points on the map, you will find facilities areas that you can assign to the aforementioned Peacekeepers or the Survivors. When you assign a location, you will be shown two different skill lines that provide two focuses. The Survivors have skills that revolve around parkour and movement, while the Peacekeepers are more about weaponry. Don’t worry if you have been siding with the Survivors up to this point; just make sure that you get to the fourth level of the Peacekeepers, as this is the point at which you will unlock the crossbow. Once it is opened, it can be found in the player’s Stash.
