For activating and completing the Magnolia windmill, you need to solve a mini-puzzle with switches and platforms. The puzzle itself is not that hard, but it can be tricky if you encounter a windmill puzzle. For this windmill, you have to turn on and off the moving platforms in an order that will serve for you to climb to the top. This guide will point out how to climb Dying Light 2‘s Magnolia windmill without any confusion.
The Magnolia windmill is located in the south part of the Wharf region, near the border of Muddy Grounds. Once you find it, climb to the lowest platform and look for an electrical box on the edge. Flip the switch so the parallel bars would settle in a position you can climb them. Once you’ve reached the higher bar, scoot to the right and jump on the hard ground. From here, you can switch the flip and activate the next bars.
Now you have to use the parallel bars again and then jump onto the stacked cement blocks. Turn around and jump across the parallel bars but don’t grab them; instead, walk across them onto the higher platform. There you would find another witch to flip, and the counterweight would start moving.
