Dying Light 2 offers a heap of side content for you to partake in, to the point where completing it all could take you upwards of 500 hours. Now, while you wouldn’t do all of those unless you’re a completionist of RPG games, some of the more major events such as Water Towers and Electrical Stations can be a great idea for the average person. For just one of these, you’ll head to the Houndfield Electrical Station and have to connect various generators to activate it. If you find yourself having trouble though, no need to worry. In this guide, we’ll explain how to complete the Houndfield Electrical Station in Dying Light 2!
How to Complete the Houndfield Power Station in Dying Light 2
The first of the two power lines that you need to connect up is located behind a locked door and thus can be tricky to get to. To access this, you’ll need to head into the heart of the chemicals and enter the door that’s directly below the first power line. Through that room, you’ll find a ladder to head up and simply have to find a second ladder on the next floor to finally be in the room. Once you have the power line, open up the yellow door and drop down to the first socket to secure that power line.
For the second power line, you’ll find it at the top of the electrical station. This one shouldn’t be too difficult, as a jump onto the central box itself then up to the upper level should get you near the solution. It’s getting down that can be tough, but the best thing I can suggest is to take things slow. You have a long way down, and a drop like that will inevitably kill you instantly. Instead, just go from bar to bar until you can safely drop level by level. Once down there, simply plug in the second power line to the second socket, and you’ll have the elevator come down. Then head up the shaft, turn things on, make your choice, and you’ll have learned how to complete the Houndfield Electrical Station in Dying Light 2!
