First announced at the CES 2019 tech show in Las Vegas earlier this year, the Nubia Z20 dual-screen smartphone has been officially unveiled in China. It will go on sale in the country on August 16, before being launched globally next month.
The successor to last year’s Nubia Z18, the Z20 offers a unique alternative to notches and motorized cameras with a dual-screen setup that includes a secondary screen on the back to facilitate high-quality selfies with rear-facing triple-cam module. The rear screen also doubles as an always-on display whose on-screen triggers can be custom mapped for a superior gaming experience. The device also comes with the Red Magic’s ‘Game Space hub’ feature as part of Nubia’s efforts to make it a compelling option for mobile gamers.
