The Dragonspine Spear is one example of this and a great alternative weapon to use.
To get the Dragonspine Spear blueprint in Genshin Impact, you must complete the Festering Fang quest. This quest can be found on Dragonspine and will only activate once you have picked up the Strange Tooth in Wyrmrest Valley. Once this is done, you can go to a blacksmith to forge the spear.
