Suda51 and Capcom meet again.

In what might be one of the most random crossovers in memory, Capcom and Grasshopper Manufacture have announced a collaboration event between the Switch version of Dragon’s Dogma: Dark Arisen and Travis Strikes Again: No More Heroes.

Unfortunately, if you were expecting new content to be part of the deal, then prepare to be disappointed — everything appears to be cosmetic. That said, everything involved is free and they’re admittedly neat additions for fans of both games.

Here are the full details:

Travis Strikes Again: No More Heroes

The version 1.2.0 update for Travis Strikes Again: No More Heroes due out on April 18 will add a t-shirt featuring the Dragon’s Dogma: Dark Arisen key visual and logo that can be worn by protagonists Travis and Badman.

Meanwhile, from April 25 to July 8, those who pick up the upcoming Dragon’s Dogma for the Nintendo Switch will be able to download a pawn, named “Travis TD,” who bares an uncanny resemblance to the man himself, Travis Touchdown.

This pawn, however, has been downgraded to fit the aesthetic that a world like Gransys demands — his coat and shirt are replaced by leather and chainmail, and his beam katana is now just a regular sword.

Dragon’s Dogma: Dark Arisen is due out for the Nintendo Switch on April 23. Travis Strikes Again: No More Heroes is available now for the Nintendo Switch.
