Dragon Ball Z: Kakarot is about to have some busy days ahead. The game is going to get its long-awaited next-gen upgrade for free. The upgrade arrives on January 13 along with Bardock’s DLC. However, a long time before release, leaks surfaced about the next Dragon Ball Z: Kakarot DLC. According to some reliable sources, we might be getting a DLC focused on the original Dragon Ball era. While some are eagerly waiting for a Tournament of Power DLC, Dragon Ball is a huge universe with many arcs. Yet, if the leaks are to be believed and do happen, we’ll be getting a fun DLC sometime in the future.
The Next Dragon Ball Z: Kakarot DLC could focus on Piccolo Jr. according to leaks
As always, it is important to mention that all leaks of this game and many others should be taken lightly. Some end up happening and some others don’t. Still, the source of these leaks has hit the nail in the past so we are hopeful about it. The next Dragon Ball Z: Kakarot DLC will adapt the 23rd arc of the Tenkaichi Budokai part according to leaks. This means that it’ll focus mainly on Piccolo.
Dragon Ball: 23rd Tenkaichi Budokai Arc will be the 5th DLC, one after Bardock DLC for DBZ: KAKAROT!

New Dragon Ball Z: Kakarot DLC Gameplay Trailer Released
While this arc is quite old, originally aired back in 1988, some veteran fans might remember it. While the latest fans are more used to Dragon Ball Z or Super, that doesn’t mean the original saga doesn’t have interesting stories to tell. After all, the game is all about Goku and his journey so having stories like this is a good idea for the title. Now, if the leaks are true about the next Dragon Ball Z: Kakarot DLC, we are happy about it. Let’s keep in mind that Season Pass 2 has three DLCs planned. Bardock’s the first one, this could be the second, and the third remains to be seen. This is great and we hope that Bandai Namco keeps supporting this game for more time because it is easily one of the best Dragon Ball games out there.
