Bandai Namco has announced that they will be making various balance adjustments to Dragon Ball: The Breakers. These changes are being made to reflect the increasing survivability rate and Raider defeat and focus on balance adjustments for Cell, Majin Buu, and the Survivors themselves. You can check out the full details of the balance adjustments here.

Dragon Ball: The Breakers Balance Adjustments

The first focus of the balance adjustments is for the Raider Cell. His Passive Skills ‘Life Absorption’ and ‘Auto-Evolve’ have been buffed, as well as adjusting the gauge he needs to evolve. These changes were made so that Raiders can take more advantage of his naturally fast evolution speed.

Dragon Ball: The Breakers will also make balance adjustments to Majin Buu. Some of his early parameters have been lowered as a powerful Raider, even at level 1. This includes lowering his Ki Blast speed, hit detection width, attack range, and damage.

On top of balance adjustments for Cell and Majin Buu, there will also be some changes for the survivor team. These are being made so that they aren’t defeated early in a match as easily. This includes reducing the damage they take while in transformation levels 1 and 2. In addition, they will be reducing the recharge time for the Passive Skill ‘Barrier Auto-Recovery’. Other minor changes to the game include increasing the cooldown of ‘Capsule’ and ‘Grappling Device,’ as well as reducing the cooldown of ‘Saiyan Pod Remote.’
