Dragon Ball Legends makes full use of the entire universe of characters in the Dragon Ball series. The mobile game, available for download at your respective app stores, spreads these characters across a multi-tier list, ranging from Z tier to F tier.

Z Tier

Z Tier characters pair well with many team combinations and are equipped with the highest base stats in the game, giving them advantages at any point during a match. Top tier for a reason, these rare fighters are the best in the game by far.
