After their smash hit Sailor Moon collab, the smartphone accessory company CASETiFY confirmed a collab with the Dragon Ball anime franchise. The collection includes Dragon Ball phone cases, Airpod/Airpod pro cases, MacBook cases, MagSafe wallets, MagSafe wireless chargers, Apple Watch Bands, and AirTags. All of these items fall within the $35-$85 USD price range. Select countries in Asia will also have access to a limited-edition water bottle, a Dragon Radar AirPod Case, and a Dragon Ball-inspired Basketball.
In regards to the partnership Wes Ng, CEO and Co-founder of CASETiFY said,
The Dragon Ball smartphone cases offer protection for falls up to 9.8 feet (about 3 meters ) and are made with 65% recycled material. The collection of cases is inspired by the battle against Frieza and Goku’s “Kamehameha” attack. Other designs feature popular characters from the show and memorable battle scenes from the Dragon Ball anime. The base colors for cases include but are not limited to orange, purple, and green.
“Dragon Ball” and Casetify: Merch For the Upcoming Film
Regarding the Dragon Ball franchise, Dragon Ball: Super Hero is set to debut in the US in August. More specifically, the film will be shown in select theaters across the country starting on August 19th. Additional film markets will screen the movie later this summer at undisclosed dates.
Priority access for the collection starts on July 27th at 9 PM PST. The official release for the Dragon Ball CASETiFY collaboration is July 28th at 1 AM PST. There is also a waitlist for those that want to join. Currently, CASETiFY ships worldwide and will do so for the Dragon Ball collab.
