For fans of the first-person shooter DOOM Eternal, you’ve likely gotten your fix of demon-slaying. Whether that be a single playthrough, or still playing from time to time these days, DOOM Eternal has likely been nothing but special for you. With that being said, some new content to continue that adventure wouldn’t hurt. id Software knows that much at least and has some exciting news today. DOOM Eternal: The Ancient Gods – Part One is now available on PC, PS4, Xbox One, and Google Stadia! You can check out the high-octane, action-filled trailer below.

DOOM Eternal’s latest DLC takes place following the main story, with the Khan Maykr and Icon of Sin ended. As the Slayer, make your way back into the Maykr’s realm to take on a new threat. With plenty of new enemies to take on, you’ll run and gun your way through several levels taking on whatever gets in your way. As heaven’s last line of defense, you’ll rip and tear your way through new locations, puzzles, and secrets to uncover what’s really going on here. Will the Slayer be able to defeat his adversaries (spoiler alert, the answer is probably yes)?

For those wanting to play The Ancient Gods – Part One, it’s available with the Deluxe Edition of DOOM Eternal. You can also get it through the Year One Pass, which includes the follow-up DLC to this. If you don’t even own DOOM Eternal, you don’t have to be left out either. The Ancient Gods – Part One is even available as a standalone DLC, which is a strange but welcome choice. There’s plenty of options for you to choose from, all coming around to $30 for this half of the expansion.
