Doja Cat is serving it hot, wild, and glam, with back-to-back head-turning outfits at the 2023 Paris Fashion Week. The singer, whose real name is Amala Dlamini, has caught the public’s attention throughout the Paris Haute Couture Fashion Week with statement-making looks that scream confidence and creativity.
Her most striking appearance, and indeed the most talked about this season, was the Schiaparelli look she rocked on Monday. The songstress turned heads as she stepped out in an adornment of head-to-toe red paint, Swarovski crystals, knee-high boots, and a beaded skirt. She accentuated the all-red get-up with a fitting red satin corset and a red shawl hanging down her elbows.
The team behind the ensemble explained it took quite some patience for the star to sit through the assembling process. Interestingly, the magic behind the ensemble was the 30,000 red Swarovski crystals painstakingly hand-applied to her body. The process took four hours and 58 minutes, but the result was certainly worth it.
Doja Cat Channels Salt Bae Vibes At The Paris Fashion Week
Before the impact of her all-red head-turner wore off, Doja Cat served another mindblowing outfit at the Paris Fashion Week. On Wednesday, the star channeled Salt Bae vibes for the Viktor and Rolf Show. She stepped out in a masculine outfit, complete with a goatee, fake curly mustache, and eyebrows. The look wrapped up with a pair of eyeglasses was a nod to one of the brand’s designers Viktor Horsting.
Next up, the star embraced her feminity arriving at Valentino in an ab-flashing all-black outfit. Doja Cat, who recently shaved her hair, took things up a notch by donning a long fringed wig which somehow made her bleached eyebrows the focal point of her entire outfit.
For her next appearance, Doja rocked a Jean Paul Gaultier 80s blue leather dress, belted at the waist. She paired this with a matching blue PVC trench coat for the Jean Paul Gaultier Show. Fans, designers, celebs, and other attendees at the Paris Fashion Week certainly had their eyes full with these inspiring getups courtesy of Doja Cat.
