If you are wondering if Tales of Arise has a new game plus mode, the answer is yes. However, like with most games these days, you won’t be able to access the content until you complete the game at least once.
When you complete the game at least once, you will be able to carry over several things from your previous game into a brand new playthrough of Tales of Arise.
What things you can carry over into your new playthrough depends on what key artifacts you find during your first playthrough. You can find these artifacts by looting hidden chests and finding the owls for the owl quest. Completing various side quests in the game can also reward artifacts depending on the quest.
If you gather enough of these artifacts or all 23 of them, you’ll get the option of carrying over some of the following new game plus bonuses.
