In a life simulation game like Disney Dreamlight Valley having more space and storage to store your items is necessary. The more space you have the more items you store to use or sell later. So here is the guide on how to unlock the second floor and more item storage in Disney Dreamlight Valley.
How to Unlock the Second Floor and More Item Storage in Disney Dreamlight Valley
To unlock the second floor of your home and increase the storage to store items in it, Scrooge McDuck is the character you must talk to. But to unlock house upgrades, you must complete some quests for Scrooge. First, you must complete Scrooge McDuck’s Grand Reopening quest in order to unlock his shop.
Then you must complete the Valley Economics 101 quests which ask you to sell 7 items to Goofy’s Shop. After you completed this quest, talk to Scrooge and he will unlock an elevator in your house. This means you can now upgrade your house.
Then you have to buy an expansion or additional room for your house and spend 1,000 coins in total. Then Scrooge will reappear and then you must buy a House Expansion for 2,000 coins. Then the second House Expansion for 20,000 coins will be unlocked. Buying the second expansion will unlock the second floor of your house.
In the case of item storage, you can build many chests in your house to store your items. Although each chest has only one row of item slots. But once you buy a House Expansion, you can also upgrade your chests to store more items.
