During the Story Quest “With Great Power” in Disney Dreamlight Valley, the protagonist will receive a Quest Item called Crystal Key. To reach this point in the story, the player must complete the previous quest, “Friendship Is Everything,” during which Friendship Level 5 must be attained with three Villagers in the Valley. Once this feat has been accomplished, a biome called Dazzle Beach will become available. The protagonist can access this area by following the trail east of Peaceful Meadow. Here, the player will encounter Ursula in a cave and receive her Crystal Key, which must be used somewhere on Dazzle Beach in Disney Dreamlight Valley.
Where To Use The Crystal Key In Disney Dreamlight Valley
To progress “With Great Power” in Disney Dreamlight Valley, the player must “place Ursula’s Crystal Key in a device near the locked entrance to a cave on Dazzle Beach” containing the Orb that Ursula is seeking. To find the entrance to this cave, investigate the eastern ridge wall of Dazzle Beach.
Disney Dreamlight Valley: How to Get Hardwood
Thanks to YouTube content creator Quick Tips, the player can see the exact map location where they should use Ursula’s Crystal Key on Dazzle Beach. The entrance to Dazzle Beach’s mysterious cave can be found directly south of the eastern trail connecting Peaceful Meadow to the beach biome. For clarification, head to this path and face southwest. Walk southward beside the rocky wall until reaching a ruin built into the cliffside. In front of a large stone gate, the protagonist will find a small podium-shaped structure called the Ancient Device. Interacting with the device will open the Inventory menu with all items grayed out except the crystal. Accordingly, place Ursula’s Crystal Key in Disney Dreamlight Valley into the Ancient Device’s slot to activate it.
Once inside, the player will encounter a barrier surrounded by three different colored statues. Each statue will be holding its hands out, indicating an item must be placed into its palms to dispel the magical gateway. To solve this puzzle, the protagonist must find three gems: an Aquamarine, a Garnet, and a Peridot. Place the Aquamarine on the blue statue, the Garnet on the red figure, and the Peridot on the green. Once this is done, the barrier will disappear, allowing the player to continue further into the cave.
