In preparation for Buzz’s Star Command Academy Grand Opening in Disney Dreamlight Valley, players are tasked with crafting a Blue and Silver Balloon Arch, a furnishing that must be placed near Lightyear’s RV. While typical balloons in real-life are made of rubber or plastic, the balloons that form this decorative arch in Dreamlight Valley are made from unlikely materials. In particular, players must gather Iron Ore and Flowers to make this Furniture piece, likely indicating that the balloons are not filled with air but are instead made of metal. Accordingly, knowing where to find the required Flowers and Iron is necessary for Buzz’s quest progression.

Crafting Blue and Silver Balloon Arch in Disney Dreamlight Valley

To craft the Blue and Silver Balloon Arch in Disney Dreamlight Valley for the Star Command Academy’s opening ceremony, players will need the following materials: Iron Ingots ×10, Blue Falling Penstemon ×20, Blue Star Liles ×20, and Blue Marsh Milkweed ×20. Each Flower can be found in separate biomes across the Valley.

Iron Ingot is the first material needed for the Blue and Silver Balloon Arch in Disney Dreamlight Valley and is made using Iron Ore and Coal. Iron Ore is mined from the mineral nodes in the Forest of Valor, Glade of trust, Sunlit Plateau, Frosted Heights, and Forgotten Lands. While mining these nodes, it is highly likely that players will simultaneously acquire the Coal they need to craft the ingots. Next is the Blue Falling Penstemon, a Flower that, according to sources at IGN, can be found growing within the Plaza.

The Blue Star Lily is a Flower that is located in the Forest of Valor, and Blue Marsh Milkweed only spawns within the Glade of Trust. Because Flowers cannot be planted but pop up randomly in various spots within biomes, finding them can be tricky. Using Furniture Mode is recommended if fans need help spotting these Flowers while searching their corresponding biomes. Furniture Mode enables players to fly overhead and have a clear view of the zone. Of course, be sure not to zoom out too far, as the small Flowers will be hard to see. Once players have collected all the necessary materials, they can visit their workbench to craft the Blue and Silver Balloon Arch.

Disney Dreamlight Valley is available on PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X|S, Nintendo Switch, and PC.
