Disney+ Day is in full swing, and the day has already been full of exciting announcements. Amy Adams and Patrick Dempsey took to Twitter to announce that Disenchanted, the sequel to 2007’s Enchanted, will drop on the streaming service next year.

According to a report from ScreenRant, Disney+’s Disenchanted takes place “fifteen years after Giselle and Robert fall in love. Disenchanted has the former princess-to-be feeling at odds with her new suburban life, and she makes a wish that her family’s lives could be the perfect fairytale. When that backfires, Giselle is forced to race against time to save both the people she loves and the entire Kingdom of Andalasia.”

Amy Adams, Patrick Dempsey, James Marsden, and Idina Menzel will be returning to reprise their roles in Disenchanted. Adam Shankman, who is also working on Hocus Pocus 2, directed and wrote the sequel. Community‘s Yvette Nicole-Brown, Jayma Mays, and The Office‘s Oscar Nunez, Gabriella Baldacchino, and Maya Rudolph will be joining the original cast.
