Players will encounter the mini-boss Cyclonemon in Part 3 as they go through Digimon Survive. After defeating Arukenimon in Part 3, players will encounter this formidable adversary on a bridge, where they will also have to fight several smaller foes. The monster is likely to take out any lone Digimon quickly; thus, players should ensure that their group of Digimon battles as a unit. Players should bring their best Digimon that can take advantage of Cyclonemon’s vulnerabilities to prepare for the battle. Here is how you can defeat, befriend, and get Cyclonemon with ease in Digimon Survive

Defeat Cyclonemon in Digimon Survive

Players should employ a Betamon in Digimon Survive or one of its evolutions if they have one because Cyclonemon’s main vulnerability is electricity. Players must locate and become friends with a Betamon to add one to their squad. One will be encountered by players in the Free Bat region of the School as early as Part 1. You can see precisely how to befriend and recruit Betamon here.

The ferocity of Cyclonemon may also be used by players against it. When the battle initially starts, Cyclonemon rushes and swiftly makes it to their side of the bridge. Players can then advance their Digimon, surround the mini-boss, and start dealing damage. Players must pay attention to their surroundings while putting the boss’s damage first since Cyclonemon will also call little opponents to help him during the battle.

Get / Befriend Cyclonemon

Additionally, as players explore the environment, Cyclonemon will reappear in Free Battles and chance encounters. Players will have the chance to become friends with it and add Cyclonemon to their team during these confrontations. Players must converse with Cyclonemon the Dragon Digimon and react correctly to three of its questions if they want to become friends. In Digimon Survive, players may befriend Cyclonemon if they provide these correct answers:

  • Supreme beings can’t be understood by others. But that doesn’t mean I’m lonely or anything. → I get it. Me too.
  • Do you like the moon? The sight of a full moon is so heartwarming, don’t you think? → Reminds you of you?
  • Those whose positions waver from little more than words do not amount to much. → I respect your spirit!

If you want to defeat or befriend Cyclonemon for yourself, Digimon Survive is now available on the PlayStation 4, Xbox One, Nintendo Switch, and PC via Steam.
