Most players are busy finding items, beating bosses, and completing quests to gain more XP to level up faster. There is a side quest related to Phillip the Fetid in Diablo Immortal, and here is the guide on where to find him.
Where to Find Phillip the Fetid in Diablo Immortal
Phillip the Fetid is an NPC in Diablo Immortal that can be found in Ashwold Cemetery. In one of the main quests, you will be brought to the cemetery, and from there, you have the option to explore. From exploring, you might stumble upon the Wanted: Phillip the Fetid side quest.
The Ashwold Cemetery is one of the earliest places players can explore. Following the main quest, players will adventure from the Outskirts to the Ossuary before approaching Asylla’s Tomb. In the Ossuary, you can encounter Phillip the Fetid.
The Ossuary is the entrance to the Ashwold Cemetery. By following the Ossuary path, you will encounter the Skeleton King, the game’s first boss. From the Guard’s Watch safe zone in Ossuary, head northwest until you see an archway and a path veering off to the northeast.
Take this path, and along the way, you should see a large statue wearing a hooded robe. Continue your way and pass the statue, you will see a large circle emblem on the ground, which indicates you are on the right path.

You will see a series of freshly dug graves at the end of your path. A large tombstone above the fresh grave and an orange glow lit it up. There are some crows hovering around it as well. This is the location where Wanted: Phillip the Fetid quest spawns. Depending on when he was last killed, it may take a while, but it shouldn’t take more than 5 minutes.
