Diablo Immortal is the latest entry in the well-known and popular Diablo franchise. Many players, old and new, are enjoying their journey and adventures on their mobile phones. After a while, you might want to change the game’s difficulty, but you might have noticed it’s not that easy. So here is the guide on how to change the difficulty in Diablo Immortal.
How to Change Difficulty in Diablo Immortal
Diablo Immortal has several difficulties, but the game doesn’t explain how to change them. The first step for changing the difficulty in Diablo Immortal is to reach level 60. This is different from the previous title of the series, Diablo III. This means you might become overpowered at a certain point in the campaign, which might be less challenging and ultimately less fun.
After you’ve reached the required level, you can change the difficulty at any time in Westmarch. To do this, open the area’s map, then click on the arrow icon next to the skull. This will take you to the difficulty menu, from which you can select different Hell difficult levels. You should make your selection based on your current Paragon level.

Paragon levels provide opportunities for players to progress beyond the Level 60 cap. You can gain more XP after hitting the maximum level, earning one Paragon point. The gear pieces that drop in Hell levels are within a designated range of Paragon levels. Here is the list of difficulties and their Paragon level:
- Hell 1: Paragon Level 1-60
- Hell 2: Paragon Level 30-130
- Hell 3: Paragon Level 90-210
- Hell 4: Paragon Level 160-300
So once you’ve reached level 60, it is all your choice which difficulty you want to play on. But it is best to change to higher difficulty to get more precious items.
Diablo Immortal is available for iOS, Android, and Windows.
