Fans have been eagerly awaiting the Diablo 3 Patch 2.2.0 for some time as it has been in PTR for a few weeks as we reported. Now the full Diablo 3 Patch 2.2.0 is available for public consumption but it seems that Blizzard made a few last-minute changes to the patch.

One major change that is apparent is that the game no longer features health potions, you will instead use a ‘Bottomless Health Potion’ that will refill your life for 60% health. It is pretty cool and all in all streamlined but some players may have enjoyed picking them up and having the tension of running out of health potions but now that will no longer exist as it just lasts forever in a sense.
