The latest Diablo 2 patch fixes a few bugs.
Patch 1.03 along with patch notes have been released for Diablo 2: Resurrected. Diablo 2: Resurrected is a recently released remaster of Diablo 2 which was originally released in 2000. The game combines hack-and-slash gameplay with dark fantasy themes to provide a truly unique experience. Update 1.03 for Diablo II Resurrected is available now and here’s the full list of changes and fixes added with this patch.
Patch 1.03 was released on the 6th of October and is available for PlayStation and Xbox consoles.
Diablo 2 Resurrected Update 1.03 Patch Notes
The patch notes are relatively brief. The patch predominantly fixes a few bugs in the game. Patch notes are as follows:
GENERAL
- Fixed saves for offline characters that shared the same names as their online characters
- Fixed an issue where players are now notified that their Xbox Live accounts are being linked during account linking
- Fixed an issue preventing players from creating a game in their region after they joined a game in a different region
STABILITY AND PERFORMANCE
- Fixed numerous related miscellaneous bugs that would cause users games to crash
The update is not yet available on the Nintendo Switch. However, it will be coming at a later stage. The most important change is the bug fix that addresses issues that arise when offline characters share the same names as their online characters.
Although Diablo 2: Resurrected has had a successful launch which has garnered the game praise from both gamers and critics alike, it has been plagued by bugs and issues affecting player characters. Diablo 2: Resurrected launched on the 23rd of September 2021. It is available on PS4, PS5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X/S, Nintendo Switch, and PC.
