For people of a certain age, the names Dexter and Johnny are synonymous with Cartoon Network thanks to their respective cartoons, Johnny Bravo and Dexter’s Laboratory.
The two shows were absolutely brilliant in an age that saw Cartoon Network producing some fantastic cartoons. Oh, the ’90s, how we miss you.
Fans of both shows should be pleased to learn that two exclusive Pop! Animation figures will be launching today for the pair. In fact, as of writing, there is less than an hour before they go live over on the Funko shop site.
I’m frantically trying to write this, so you all have the opportunity to get over there and grab some if they take your fancy as each figure is a Funko Shop exclusive range, which usually means a smaller range than other figures. This also means they will probably sell out by the time you read this, and you’ll have to go on eBay and buy them at an inflated cost. And it will all be my fault!
Both the Dexter and Johnny Bravo figures are limited to 2 per person. They are not eligible for any promotional discounts, although, with a price of $15 each, they aren’t exactly bank-breaking figures.
If we’re staying on the subject of Cartoon Network, I’d love to see some Cow and Chicken pops. Who wouldn’t want to see a Pop of the Red Guy proudly displayed in their living room? That’s right, no one.
