News outlet Page Six obtained documents in which Mohamed claimed his estranged wife Yvette emotionally and physically abused him throughout their relationship.
Mohamed claimed that Yvette would get very violent and angry after taking alcohol and often threatened to have him sent back to his native country, Egypt. He further said he did not call for help before now because he was afraid of getting into trouble due to his immigration status.
In the complaint, filed at the Bernalillo County Metropolitan Court, he detailed his online affair with a woman named Andrea. Although he ended the relationship, Andrea allegedly extorted him and threatened to tell Yvette about their affair. However, she found out about the affair and got into a physical altercation with him.
Mohamed claimed that Yvette sat on him and put her knee to his throat in an attempt to force him to release the phone. The complaint also disclosed that Mohamed showed the police office pictures of text messages exchanged between Yvette and a man named Paul as proof that she was also involved in an affair.
The embattled Mohamed further claimed that he was scared Yvette would hit him in the early hours of August 14 because she appeared drunk. He has since moved out of their marital home.
Yvette Gives A Different Story
After hearing Mohamed’s side, the police officer spoke to the 48-year-old Yvette. However, she gave a different story. Yvette claimed Mohamed was in an affair with Andrea and another woman from Minnesota. She believed he was planning with Andrea to get her into trouble so he could apply for a “U-Visa.”
The complaint noted that the reality TV star is scared and worried because she doesn’t know what Mohamed can do. The 90 Day Fiancé star also confirmed some details of her August 14 altercation with Mohamed but said she did not try to hit him. She also noted that he left their marital home willingly.

After hearing from both sides, the police officer left them with domestic violence packets. She also noted that she did not observe any injuries on either of them but would issue a criminal summons over the incident detailed in the report.
