One of the many reasons players like Destiny 2 is the great designer of its weapons and all the new items that get added to the game. While there are many great long-ranged weapons in Destiny 2, sometimes you like to finish the job up close with a sword or knife. Heartshadow Sword is one of the exotic swords in Destiny 2 with great design and stats. So here is the guide on how to get the Heartshadow Sword in Destiny 2.

How to Get the Heartshadow Sword in Destiny 2

Heartshadow Sword is a void Heavy Sword that was recently added to Destiny 2 as part of the Season of the Haunted update. Down below you can see the full stats of Heartshadow Sword:

  • Impact: 64
  • Swing Speed: 40
  • Charge Rate: 35
  • Guard Resistance: 100
  • Guard Efficiency: 100
  • Guard Endurance: 0
  • Ammo Capacity: 50

This sword has the Shot in the Dark exotic trait. Remaining Invisible grants increased damage for a brief duration, and hitting enemies with Heartshadow Sword projectiles will also weaken them.

To get the Heartshadow Sword, you have to complete the last encounter of the Duality Dungeon. There is a small chance you might not get the sword, but completing other triumphs will increase the chance of getting this exotic item.

There is also a catalyst you can get for this weapon. Leveling up the weapon will unlock the Wraithwalk perk that grants you a faster movement while being invisible. But to use this catalyst, you need to take down 400 enemies with Heartshadow.

There is also another Catalyst slot available that you can get by either completing the Dungeon in Master Difficulty or completing a quest similar to Grasp of Avarice.
