In Destiny 2, one of the subclasses that a few of us have come to be rather fond of is Titan. Now, the Titan is a big, blocky robotic character. This makes it heavy, slow, and not something that you’d ever expect to be capable of flight. However, this subclass also isn’t one we’d assume would be capable of being airborne for long periods. Or even capable of maneuvering around in the air, for that matter. Until now, that is. There is a piece of leg armor that can actually be equipped to a Destiny 2 Titan to help with that. The Exotic Lion Rampant Leg Armor will turn your Titan into a feared aerial opponent.

What is the Lion Rampant Leg Armor?

Being that the Lion Rampant Leg Armor is an Exotic piece of armor, it’s bound to have some awesome perks, right? The perk that makes this leg armor so valuable is the Jump Jets perk.

Jump Jets “provides additional aerial maneuverability and enables accurate hip fire while you’re in the air during Lift. Provides a large benefit to the airborne effectiveness stat of all weapons while hip firing.”

In addition to all of these awesome benefits, regardless of the Lift that you have equipped on your Titan, the Lion Rampant Leg Armor increases your Lift duration by a whole 4 seconds.

How to Get the Lion Rampant Exotic Leg Armor in Destiny 2

I’ll show you how to find the Exotic gear for yourself and take to the skies with your Titan character.

You can typically find the armor from Exotic Engrams. This is the most obvious method. Sometimes, you might even get lucky and obtain this leg armor from one of the very rare Exotic World Drops. The best way to ensure this will happen is to make sure you actively play with your Titan rather than other characters. When you collect Exotic Engrams and Exotic World Drops, the drop opens as soon as you obtain it. This means when you get the drop, it will be usable by whichever character you are playing.

The best way to get Exotic Drops are through the Season Pass and Xûr. You can visit Xûr on the weekends. When you open drops from the Season pass, you must have your Titan equipped.

Now, get out there and get your Titan into the air!
