Anarchy is an already popular Exotic Arc Grenade Launcher in PvE thanks to its Arc Traps chain-lightning mines, and now, considering Destiny 2 Season 18 will introduce the Arc 3.0 rework that should make it more effective to clean up groups, Guardians are rushing to accumulate even more Arc weapons to their collection. First introduced in Season of the Forge through the Scourge of the Past Raid back in December 2018, here’s how you can once again get the Anarchy Grenade Launcher in Destiny 2 after the Raid was sunset or removed in November 2020.

How to Get ‘Anarchy’ Grenade Launcher in Destiny 2

Destiny 2 Guardians who own the Forsaken expansion can easily obtain the Anarchy by purchasing the weapon from Monument of Lost Lights (the Exotic Kiosk in The Tower) for:

  • 150,000 Glimmer.
  • 240 Spoils of Conquest.
  • Ascendant Shards x2.
  • and Exotic Cipher x1.

As a quick refresher regarding the currencies involved, Spoils of Conquest can be earned from opening chests — both the ones you get from completing Encounters or the hidden ones — in any Raid Activities, like the Vow of the Disciple and Vault of Glass. Most people recommend farming the Templar Encounter in the Vault of Glass Raid if you need Spoils of Conquest since it’s very easy and fast with a decent Fireteam that can dish out huge DPS. Solo players can head to Vow of the Disciple and search for and destroy three hidden Darkness Fragments to open a Spoils of Conquest chest.

Meanwhile, Ascendant Shards can be acquired from Season Pass, Master and Grandmaster Nightfalls, Trials of Osiris, and buying from Master Rahool or Ada-1 for 10 Enhancement Prisms, 10 planetary materials, and 50,000 Glimmer. And lastly, Exotic Cipher is also from Season Pass or finishing a weekly quest from the mysterious weapon dealer, Xur.

Destiny 2 is available on PC, PlayStation, and Xbox platforms.
