“In Candescent” is a Triumph in Destiny 2‘s Solstice Event that is a rather challenging endeavor to complete. Those looking to achieve the “Flamekeeper” title will need to complete such challenging Triumphs of the event with haste, as the Solstice will end on August 9, 2022. Accordingly, “In Candescent” is one of the four limited-time Triumphs that Guardians must complete to Guild the sought-after title and earn other rewards. Players will also need to max-upgrade their Candescent Armor Set before attempting to brave Candescent Armor is accomplished using event currencies, including Silver Leaves, Silver Ash, and Kindlings.
Completing The In Candescent Triumph In Destiny 2
To complete the “In Candescent” Triumph in Destiny 2, players must wear the entire set of fully rekindled Candescent armor and complete Dungeons, Raids, Master or Grandmaster Nightfalls, or win rounds of Trials of Osiris. Accordingly, doing these activities without the unique armor set will not allow Guardians to fulfill the Triumph’s challenge.
Destiny 2: How To Complete A Spark In The Dark
Guardians are encouraged to complete Dungeons, Raids, and high-level Nightfalls with powerful Solar 3.0 builds while wearing the Candescent Set. With such builds, clearing these activities should be relatively easy, allowing players to quickly accomplish “In Candescent” in Destiny 2. Two of the best Dungeons for this strategy would be the Shattered Throne or Pit of Heresy. Introduced in Forsaken, the Shattered Throne tasks Guardians with entering Eleusinia, Queen Mara Sov’s Throne World, and fighting past hordes of Taken. The Pit of Heresy is a Shadowkeep Dungeon that requires players to clear the Scarlet Keep by defeating hordes of Hidden Swarm and the Hive champion, Zulmak, Instrument of Torment.
As mentioned, Guardians in Destiny do not need to complete the “In Candescent” Triumph for earning “Flamekeeper” but rather for Guilding the title. Once the Solstice Event has ended, “In Candescent” will become unavailable, meaning players will no longer be able to achieve a Guilded Flamekeeper. “In Candescent” is one of four Triumphs required for this Guild achievement. The other three are “Bonfire Dash,” “From the Ashes,” and “Inextinguishable.” Keep in mind that Silver Leaves are not rewarded to Guardians for completing “Bonfire Dash.” Conversely, players can procure Silver Ash using Silver Leaves while doing this activity. Specifically, players are given the choice of interacting with a bonfire to convert their leaves into ash at the end of “Bonfire Dash.”
