With Destiny 2 Forsaken mere weeks away and everyone is aware of the upcoming demise of Cayde-6, a fan-favorite of the Vanguard, players have been waiting to hear about any rumors of secret quests that might act as a proper send-off to the quick-witted hunter. A quest called Cayde’s Spicy Ramen has been data-mined several weeks ago and briefly appeared for some players after last week’s reset.
Cayde’s Spicy Ramen
This week, the quest is officially available in the Tower. After descending to the Tower, head to the western area where Cayde’s favorite ramen shop is located. You’ll be able to Interact while standing in front of it to Collect Loot.
Expired Ramen Coupon
You will pick up an Expired Ramen Coupon and be left wondering what to do next. There is a distinct lack of any visual design attached to this coupon, which almost seems like an oversight on Bungie’s part. The consumable item does have a rather lengthy lore entry, however.
What’s Next?
It seems likely that Guardians will have to discover the next step of this quest themselves and the DestinyTheGame subreddit community is on it. There is an organized effort to find out what happens next by process of elimination. Update: According to dmg04, Bungie Community Manager, there may not be a second step. Perhaps the expired ramen coupon is all Cayde-6 is leaving us?
