Why Did Motive Studio Change Original Dead Space Sound Effects For The Remake?
While this isn’t the biggest change a remake could have made, it stays true to the original product. While this isn’t too uncommon for a remake of a beloved title, some changes can be purposeful. Despite Visceral Games disappearing into EA’s various studios, fans still hold a powerful nostalgia for the original’s atmosphere and tone. While the Dead Space Remake is another year away at best, fans can rest safely knowing the plasma cutter will look, sound, and shred through enemies all the same.
